I'm Joel, a dedicated IT professional passionate about system administration, helpdesk support, and building robust IT infrastructure solutions. Currently working as a Help Desk Technician at Eckerd College, I respond to technical assistance requests, maintain hardware systems, and collaborate on enterprise-level projects including VMware migrations.

I hold an A.S. in Computer and Information Technology from St. Petersburg College and am completing my B.A. in Humanities at Eckerd College. I'm certified in Google IT Support, Microsoft Office Specialist, Testout Network Pro, and IBM Key Technologies for Business. Beyond my technical work, I serve as Co-President of the Eckerd Video Game Club, where I lead meetings and coordinate cross-club events.

I'm eager to bring my technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative spirit to new opportunities where I can contribute to maintaining reliable systems and supporting end users effectively.
